eSIMs and digital products are activated based on the user’s selected plan and validity period. Activation details, coverage, and expiry will be clearly indicated before purchase.

All payments must be made in full prior to activation. Refunds or cancellations are subject to Spaceroam.ai’s refund policy and may vary depending on product usage or activation status.

While Spaceroam.ai strives to provide stable, global connectivity, actual network quality may vary by region, carrier, or local infrastructure. The company is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party networks.

All content, technology, and brand assets under Spaceroam.ai (including Y5Buddy, SIMU, and associated AI solutions) remain the intellectual property of Simply Unique Pte Ltd and its partners.

Users are responsible for monitoring data usage, ensuring device compatibility, and complying with local telecommunications regulations while using Spaceroam.ai services.

Spaceroam.ai shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of Spaceroam.ai’s services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore’s courts.
